The Issue At Hand

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

When did Hip Hop become more inferior than politics?
Let’s take Plies & Rick Ross for example…
They make good music, correct?
What does being “Street” or “Hood” really have to do with making good music?

Take Lil Wayne for example, he touches on the same issues as these two artists; he just does it in a more creative way. Is anyone judging his credibility?

Are the background checks really necessary?

Here it is, you have two black men that are relevant in the game: who are providing for their families and as well as other families, and creating job opportunities, also setting positive examples for today’s youth. Showing them you can come from nothing and make it into something.

So, S. Fresh signs off by saying “Who Cares”
Make the music that is real to you!!!!!

I fully agree, it's nice that a rapper like yourself understands that. I listen to some messages in these hip hop songs, and can not beleieve the message that these rappers are putting out, knowing that they have young listeners and youth that look up to them. People complain about children having children but all over the radio and media it's 'shake this' let me cut. I mean the question is, is a quick BUCK and Street Respect worth lives of others? Not at all.!!!!

We really shouldnt believe what most say in the records. Hip Hop nowadays s equivalent to wrestlemania and i dont take most of the so-called real rappers seriously anyhow!...i just wish rick ross wouldnt continue to deny it. As for Plies...smh i just think he needs to stop rapping in general! ...2fingers!!
